Mr. Cobblepot as he prefers to be known and Oz or Ozzy to his close associates. Those who can actually nay-say to his face without immediate bout of raging dismissal and getting fired from his organization. He is reasonable and knows getting rid of corpses is inconvenient and cleaning offices from bodily fluids is expensive. You do not call him "Penguin" because that will make him violently berserk and he will slit your nostrils open, saw your leg off and pull your liver out. Even on his most charming best his manners are crude and jokes are horrible.
