whenever batman sees a broken hearted kid, he can't help but want to help them.

too bad for batman though, these kids are weirded out or scared of him.

haha, i know this makes batman look like a creeper, but that's kind of the idea. batman, on the surface, just looks like some kind of creeper; but if you see his intentions, and what he wants to do, he's really a good guy - just misunderstood.

And this is why Dick and Clark wear brighter colors with non-threatening shapes. Especially Clark. Nowhere does his outfit say "I can rip apart a semi, set a forest on fire by staring at it, and let a grenade go off in my hand without getting hurt." In fact, it makes him a wee bit ridiculous. Which, when you think about it, is probably the point...
